CAREER DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR
Claire Langley is a Certified Career Transition Coach with ten plus years of experience providing career coaching to teens through adults in mid-level career transition. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business from William Carey University and her master’s in Leadership from Belhaven University.
As a coach, Claire “holds space” for her clients as they seek and find the next step in their career journey. She provides high-level career development assessment and practical, professional tools. Within individual and group coaching settings, she balances tangible practices with wisdom and honesty walking alongside them thru discovery into action and success.
Claire believes in the vital importance of career direction, and more importantly, personal calling, as these foundations can offer stability, hope, and purpose to the individual. She supports each person in the discovery of their interests, skills/gifts, values, and how to relate these within their current surroundings. In this, each person has the opportunity to give uniquely to the world and experience gratitude. She is Strong Interest Inventory Certified with additional practiced integration of the Enneagram, 16Personalities, Knowdell Card Sort, CliftonStrengths and other assessment outcomes.
In addition to career direction assessment, and ACT & SAT test prep strategies, she offers professional: Strategic Job Seeking (& Resilience Management), Resumé Writing (along with other professional documents), LinkedIn Optimization, Mindful Interviewing (along with interview stage and mock interview practice), and Practical Network Building. Mid-sized and large group presentations on these topics are also available.
Claire serves as Belhaven University’s Founding Director of the Center for Career and Calling and has volunteered as a part of the Mississippi Employment Expo Planning Committee.
Through Killebrew Psychological Services, created in 2016, Killebrew works with doctoral-level and LPC-eligible students by supervising them and offering them an opportunity to practice evidence-based therapies and psychological assessment
administration. She currently has six students training in DBT and prolonged exposure therapy and psychological assessments. In her private practice, Killebrew does pre-surgical evaluations, testing for posttraumatic stress disorder and full psychological assessments for all personality and mood disorders.
