Dr. Alyssa Killebrew

OWNER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Dr. Killebrew is a licensed clinical psychologist (No. 54946), a licensed professional counselor and licensed professional counselor supervisor. She received her bachelor’s of psychology from Belmont University in Nashville after studying business at the University of Mississippi. Killebrew started her career in 2002 with Region VI Mental Center in Greenwood, where she worked as the manager of the alcohol and drug prevention services and a counselor in the main center for seven years.

Karla Andress

IOP COORDINATOR & LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


 Karla is a licensed professional counselor (No. 2379), a national certified counselor (No. 6450690) and a certified clinical trauma professional (No.292-26143). She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and worked as a professional organizer before returning to school to obtain her master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from Mississippi College.

Dr. Jerri Avery

PRACTICE CONSULTANT & LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


With over 25 years of experience, Jerri works with individuals to identify the source(s) of life, work or relationship stressors and uses tools to successfully manage or eliminate them. Her goal is to create a warm and compassionate environment where individuals feel safe to explore areas of depression, anxiety, stress or substance use related challenges.

Aaron Bond

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


Aaron Bond earned his master’s of science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College in 2011. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. He also obtained a bachelor’s of arts in English from Mississippi College. Aaron’s professional interests include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and incorporating technology into the mental health field. His passion as a counselor is to help people find out what they truly want in life and how to achieve it.

Andrew Breland

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


 Andrew earned his master’s of science in Counselor Education (Clinical Mental Health Counseling) from William Carey University in 2015, as well as his bachelor’s of arts in Theatre (Vocal Performance) in 2009. Andrew strongly believes in the power of the arts and discovering personal creativity to assist in therapy and also using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to bring forth truth and insight. Andrew is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi and Texas, a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider.

Carver Brown

CERTIFIED RECOVERY COACH/TRAINER


Carver Brown is a certified Recovery Coach and Trainer with the Connecticut Community of Addiction Recovery (CCAR) and is a Structured Family Recovery Counselor. He is also a Grief Recovery Specialist certified with the Grief Recovery Institute. Carver volunteers on a task force for the Episcopal Recovery Program and the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Along with being a Love First Interventionist, Carver has taken more than 7,000 people through The 12 Steps nationwide through a program called Back to Basics.

Meghan Burns

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


Meghan grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s in Psychology and master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Mississippi and specializes in completing therapy with children, adolescents and their families. She enjoys using creative techniques, such as art and play to work with children and adolescents. She also has evidenced-based training regarding parenting techniques to work on effective communication and increasing positive outcomes in the home. 

Pamela Coker

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER


 Pamela Coker is a licensed clinical social worker in Mississippi (No. C8984) and a nationally board-certified music therapist (No.05867). She started her career with the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) as a music therapist in the forensic division of Connecticut Valley Hospital. She moved back to Mississippi in 2016. 

Susan Herring

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


Susan Herring is a licensed professional counselor and a certified clinical trauma professional.  Trained as a trauma specialist, Susan is able to help clients find relief and healing from a range of traumatic experiences.  She works from an attachment-based perspective combining her training with an internal family systems approach.

Dr. Sean Lenard

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


 In 2014, Sean obtained her second Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Counseling from Mississippi College in Clinton. In May 2020, Dr. Lenard completed her doctorate degree in Public Health with a concentration In Health Policy Management. Her treatment goal is solution-focused, which assists clients in identifying emotional barriers and working through them to achieve a higher quality of life.

Douglas Lyons

CERTIFIED ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELOR


Doug Lyons has more than 25 years of experience working in complex family systems. He assists families in the development of strategies to combat and manage substance use disorders and codependency. He specializes in treating high levels of complexity and acuity.

Brian O’Shea is an International Recovery Institute , CCAR and Addiction Free Chronic Pain Trained coach.

Sharon Showalter

FAMILY RECOVERY COUNSELOR & EXPERIENTIAL THERAPIST


 A dedicated professional with a “lifetime of experience,” Sharon

is a firm advocate of the philosophy that a balanced life is a touchstone to recovery to attain self actualization and is essential to maintain a life of wellness. She encourages others to seek their personal pathway to healing and will accompany you on your journey to Self Discovery.

Dena Thornburg

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR & FAMILY PROGRAM COORDINATOR


Dena Thornburg holds a Masters in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary. She is a State of Mississippi Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor. Her work environment has offered diverse experiences, such as a college setting, a substance use disorder facility, private practice, a hospital ( crisis care), and 25 years as a paramedic.

Carleigh Turner

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER


Carleigh has 8 years of experience working with individuals struggling with addiction, psychosis, anxiety, depression and behavioral issues. She has a passion for working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with everyday stressors.

Dr. Chris Webb

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in behavior issues with children and adolescents, anxiety/depression in children and adults and helping families transition their older teens with social skills deficits into adulthood.

Jessica Davis

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR


 Jessica Davis is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Psychometrist who believes in the power of change and individuality. By aiding and encouraging clients using an acceptance and commitment approach along with multiple CBT approaches, she creates a comfortable setting for those eager to embrace their thoughts and feelings.

Carrie Hencyk

PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Carrie respectfully offers lived experience of recovery through her peer support services. She has a Certificate of Completion as a Peer Support Specialist through training sponsored by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. With her peer support training she encourages/coaches clients by articulating individual treatment goals, assisting with development and monitoring personal recovery plans, encouraging advocacy, mentoring and education, recovery and wellness support, personal accountability and resilience.

Brandy Holbert

BILLING DIRECTOR


 Brandy grew up in the reservoir area and went to Northwest Rankin. She began working in the medical field as a medical coder/biller in 2001. Brandy has been certified as a professional coder with AAPC since 2013.

Sarah Sellers

PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR


Sarah Sellers is a Peer Support Specialist and earned her Certificate through training sponsored by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. She assists adolescents in learning to overcome obstacles by sharing life experiences and creating a safe place to share struggles.

Sarah also works as a front desk receptionist greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering the office phone.
